Refund Policy for Optimum EA

At Optimum EA, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a service is purchased but not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a customer requests a refund within:

    • 30 days of purchase for digital services (including downloadable content or subscriptions).

    • 60 days of purchase for consulting services, provided the service has not been fully rendered.

  • If there is a billing error or duplicate charge.
     

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Completed consultations or fully delivered digital services.

  • Subscription-based services after the trial period has ended.

  • Custom projects or services tailored specifically to the customer’s needs.
     

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Contact us at admin@optimumea.com with their order details.

  • Provide a reason for the refund request.

  • Allow 10 business days for review and processing of digital service refunds, and 15 business days for consulting service refunds.
     

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days for digital service refunds (such as downloadable content or subscriptions).

  • 10–15 business days for consulting service refunds, allowing time for review and approval.

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

  • PayPal & online payment refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
 

5. Changes to This Policy

Optimum EA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
